Purpose:
We serve our customers by taking the stresses out of all projects providing services to our governmental, commercial, and residential clients of all sizes in the areas of construction, product distribution, janitorial services, warehousing and storage, and project management while keeping an unmatched level of customer service.

Products/Services:
We provide services in the areas of construction, janitorial services, distribution, logistics, moving, and warehousing and storage. These services are provided to federal and state governments, commercial businesses, and residential homes. Services are provided at a competitive price while keeping an unmatched level of customer service.

Industry Trends/Outlook:
Since WilCan Services is involved in different industries, there tends to be seasonal and environmental trends for our various capabilities. Residential construction and home improvement tends to be higher in the summer and spring months, while the fall and winter bring about less exterior work and more interior home and commercial maintenance including drywall, painting, light fixtures, etc. Current economic trends dictate that construction and home improvement numbers will grow in the short term as well as the long term because economy growth and consumer spending will grow. Also, distribution holds unique challenges as well. As the newspaper industry declines so will our growth in periodicals. Fortunately other doors have opened up for us. Do to the projected increase in internet sells, distribution of products will be needed and WilCan Services is in position to take advantage of these turning trends. In addition, our geographical position to Washington DC allows us to capitalize on government contracts. Because of the current administrations actions, there is an allotment of stimulus money available to small and minority businesses. WilCan Services is in a position to capitalize on these opportunities.

WilCan Services owns most of the essential equipment needed to provide our customers with the proper service to insure that projects are finished promptly and with care. We equip our management and supervisory staff with the most up-to-date equipment and technology.

Product/Distribution Channel:
WilCan Services is a direct service provider. We use zero level channels. We provide services directly to the end user through skilled employees and contractors. If there is ever a need or a problem the customer can contact us directly and for all solutions.
